I feel like with garlic, garlic's just about vibes.

How so?

I never really like decide how many I'm going to do.

I just grab a handful and just throw them in there in the mortar and pestle. I went through a phase where I was just like, I'm just going to keep adding more and more garlic to every single thing I cook to see if I could ever have too much garlic in something. Oh my God. In terms of heartburn? In terms of taste heartburn, whatever, anything. Like, are there any negative consequences?

And I haven't gotten to that point yet.

I don't feel like that point exists.

I'm going to be honest.

Garlic smelling good.

I feel like you could just put garlic and onions, and people think that you're making

something incredibly complex, you know?
