podcast starts. Okay. First of all let me tell the listening audience that we are live from well you know live to recording backstage at

helium we just did our first show on the tour starting at helium which we'll

talk to talk get to in a second it was was a lot of fun. And now we're backstage. It's after the show. We haven't been in the studio. We won't be in the studio until like the first week in May. I really miss it. I know that sounds a little bit like over the top, but like I thought the other day I'm like,

wow that'll be a whole month. It's never happened in seven years. But I like that we can do these on the road.
