Summary

As the Youth Pastor at https://open.acast.com/shows/5e123e2b355ab8560d61f99c/episodes/Journey%20Church (Journey Church), Carl Stine seeks to make disciples of young people, and in turn help them reach others with the Jesus' love. He longs for young people to understand their identity in Christ, and have the confidence to live out their faith. He believes in building disciples through relationships. Carl accepted Christ at an early age, and God has given him a passion to share Christ with others. Carl pursued a degree in Church Ministries from West Coast Baptist College, and has since obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from Liberty University. He has served as a Youth Leader and Children's Program Leader. God has allowed him to work with the youth of Kingman for the last nine years through a local behavioral health clinic. Carl and his incredible wife, Mindi, have been married for 12 years, and have four wonderful children. Carl enjoys reading, sports, and spending time with his family. 0:53.8	just introduce yourself to the people who are watching or listening and let them know a little bit about yourself and how you got introduced to the IFB movement?
1:02.9	Yeah, Eric, thanks for having me on.
1:05.4	My dad, as far back as I can remember, has been a pastor in the IEP movement.
1:11.0	And when I was born, he was a youth pastor of small church in Wisconsin.
1:15.0	And obviously I don't remember that kind of thing.
1:16.4	But when I was two years old, we moved out to Connecticut.
1:21.3	And he was the youth pastor and a teacher there, administrator at a Christian school for about eight years.
1:29.4	And so there, I was introduced to Pensacola, Christian College, to groups from those places.
1:37.5	My dad was a youth pastor, and so we'd have the groups come and spend time with them.
1:41.3	Maranatha, I believe, Northland Baptist, which is up in Wisconsin.
1:47.1	And then we moved to Wisconsin. My dad became a senior pastor. He was a senior pastor at a small
