what happens to us when we die. And using the framework of death, I want to know the little

What are the little things that you could do to live your life without regrets? Well,

what I do to live my life without regrets is I try to have a meditative practice where I sit in

presence and I work around I work with the idea almost every day that death is part of life, that death is a reality of our lives.

And to accept what is, and in the presence of meditation, is that space where I find and experience

peace and love. And I try to do this every single day.

So today, other than your meditation, what is one thing you did or will do to live without

regret? What I've already done today, even before meditation, is that every day that I wake up,

I try to get directly into that vibration of gratitude and love. So when I wake up in the morning

and I'm lying in bed quietly, peacefully, I say a prayer

or I send an intention of thanks and gratitude for my life, for the messages, for the learning

experiences, and for the new opportunities that may arise in the day ahead.
