| 0:35.6 | So, you know, I had a couple of, when you brought this concept up to me, |
| 0:40.7 | there were several things that came to mind. And one was learning to say no and learning to say yes. |
| 0:47.6 | Ooh, I love that. I think that I've always been very much a people pleaser. I hear you. |

| 0:55.4 | And something that I think I learned in my 30s, maybe late 20s, but I'd say 30s, |
| 1:02.7 | was figuring out certain boundaries for myself. |
| 1:06.9 | And I couldn't say yes to everyone because that wasn't actually making me feel good. |
| 1:12.9 | And I wasn't really my best self every time I said yes and or then had to cancel because I was |

| 1:22.1 | And so I think that I would say, so when I say learning to say no and learning to say yes, |

| 1:28.2 | when you can really stick to a commitment. |
| 1:32.4 | And so you know, if you can't, you say no, you know, it's better. |
