We're talking about the Jesse Butler case out of Oklahoma right now in Stillwater.

This is, you've probably seen it, the video of him being arrested on the porch steps of his parents' house, mom coddling him.

And as Robin said in our first segment,

basically, you know, treating it like the pet is being taken away. And we're going to come get

you. We're going to come get you, Jr. What, in that video that we watched in the video of them

taking the, the offender away, this mutant of a human being.

The fact that it was just the whole attitude, not only of mom, but of him and the officer,

okay, we're going to come, we're going to do this for you right now. Okay, we're just,

and then you do this you call them and

it's the whole culture seems insane though i mean if this was i don't know i just in a someone else

if it was someone with a different skin color maybe maybe a different city i don't think it would

have been held with such kid gloves.

It is utterly shocking to see just how bubble-wrapped this whole thing was.

Do you think that is a reflection of the greater culture going on here in Stillwater with the police department, with the judge, with the DA, with the pedestal that we put sports figures in, you're playing on this team, you're the person of this, you're doing that,

that, oh, you know, this can't possibly be true. So we're really going to hand you with

the kid gloves because we don't want to believe that this shit is actually going on and that you're

capable of it.

See how apologetic they looked for having to arrest him for rape?

Yes.

Everyone was so apologetic and sad that they had to arrest him for raping two girls.
