Would you go over to Ephesians the fourth chapter, please?

Ephesians chapter 4.

For some weeks now, we've been on a series.

I think I've changed the title a couple of times.

Right now I'm calling it no place for the devil.

No place for the devil.

The reason I make adjustments is because I learn as I go.

I've found you, just because you learned something last month doesn't mean you learned at all, right?

You learned something and you should learn something else

and that gives you more light and so you make adjustments.

Only a fool never makes any changes.

You want to be willing, adaptable, flexible.

When I say adaptable, I don't mean compromise,

I mean being easily corrected by the Holy Spirit. Right?

But you want to remind yourself just on a regular basis

that there's a whole lot you don't know.

And you've got to watch about assuming you know things.

We've been talking about this in this series.

So in Ephesians 4, our text we see, I believe we started what about verse 22 or so.

Yeah, 21, 21.

He said, if you've heard him and been taught by him as the truth is in Jesus, verse 22, put off concerning

the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed
