We have three amazing women in this episode. Carrie Dudenhofer from Washington State, after a terrible crime in their community, she took agency over her family's protection. Lisa Ludwig in New York, who's just an absolute phenom, took it upon herself to start her own self-defense classes and become an instructor after a spike in crime. Wendy Hoffman
