These next few moments of prayer are your moments.

Why don't you close your eyes?

Take a deep breath and listen.

Psalms 4610, Surrender your anxiety.

Be silent and stop your striving.

And you will see that I am God.

I am the God above all the nations, and I will be exalted through the whole earth. We're going to take some time to see that God is looking over everything that's

concerning you. With your eyes closed, picture your day. And see, and see the moments where you find yourself striving.

Now as you see those moments, picture somebody who is so big and so tall that they can see

over every single aspect of your life.

Now see that that person is God.

He is your loving, heavenly father, and he is watching over every detail of your day.

Repeat these phrases after me.

God, you see every detail of my life. I do not have to strive.

God, you are working for me. Now find your own way to tell God that you are letting go of striving today.

You're letting go of living as if life depends on yourself.

You're letting go of living as if you have to earn everything that you get.

You're letting moment of gratitude.

Think of one person who eases striving in your life.

When you're around them, you just have more peace.

Take a moment and thank God for giving that person to you.
