challenges one of the most common lies we believe. That more means better. Consumers and is not just what you buy.

It's a posture towards life. Jesus offers us a better way. We don't need more. We need him. Now let's lean

into the message together. All right, today we are in part three of a collection of talks

entitled Heretic. The lies we love to believe, but the truth, come on somebody, but the truth

that sets us free.

And we've been talking about a whole lot of things, and we've really been basing this

collection off of a quote by Charles Spurgeon, and he said it this way.

He said, discernment is not knowing the difference between right and wrong, but discernment

is knowing the difference between right and almost right.

And so we've been looking at some lies that we're dealing with in culture today.

Heresies that even show up in the church that oftentimes feel liberating.

They feel good.

They look nice.

They are almost right.

But almost right is enough to kill you.

And so we're going to God's word to find freedom. And so today I want to look to the words of Jesus. This is Luke chapter 12 starting in

This is verse 15. Then he said to them, watch out. Look at your neighbor. Say neighbor,

watch out. That's important. So Jesus is saying, hey, I'm warning you, wake up.
