1:02.6	So, I just wanted to kind of see what you guys thought could be my steps and my prologoc
1:08.8	process here. I took a different job in August of last year. Both the job before and the job
1:16.2	now have been commission based, and I was supposed to make around the same amount of commission,
1:20.6	but unfortunately, I'm making about half. Why?
1:25.6	So, I do like a trade work, so basically I go around quoting jobs and getting them sold.
1:34.6	And if I'm being really honest, I think it might be the marketing side. We're not giving the
1:40.6	amount of calls in that we should be. So, I'm just not making as much as many sales that I use.
1:47.6	What is it you're selling?
1:49.6	Electrical work, panel replacements, you know, rewires, that type of stuff for residential homes.
1:55.6	Well, construction stopped.
1:58.6	No construction stop is just that we do primarily residential service calls. So, I don't know.
2:04.6	Oh, okay. With homeowners. Yes. Oh, I see. Okay. For electrical problems on a home, you go to their house.
