Well, thank you, to you, Merry Christmas to you and all of your listeners. Unfortunately,

it's not a Merry Christmas for the families of the victims of 37 depraved heinous murderers who Joe Biden just granted

clemency to this morning in defiance of thousands of jurors public order common decency.

You know, Senator, I've been talking about this all morning because I am furious. He is not

mentally competent. You know that?

I know that.

The Wall Street Journal reported it in detail.

Who do you think made this decision because I don't think it was Joe Biden?

Well, first, let me take the decision first, Hugh, and then Joe Biden's mental confidence to make it.

The first decision is truly appalling. Hugh, you know and I know

people, oftentimes devout Catholics who have a principled opposition to the death

company. That under, no matter how depraved a murder, they do not believe in the taking of a life.

Though I disagree with those people,

I can respect their deeply held convictions. Joe Biden didn't act on such a deeply held conviction

today. He only commuted 37 out of 40 death sentences. Who were the three remaining? The Boston

Marathon bomber, the tree of life bomber, or a

shooter, and the Charleston shooter. So Joe Biden was willing to commute every death sentence
