It's been kind of a tough week.

We got some bad news in the LA comedy community. I don't know if you heard.

I did. One of my friends, Richard Bain, committed suicide, which is very awful. Richard and I work together a lot on farms and doing other stuff. And he's probably one of the people I've spent the most time with over the last year. So it's big, it's surprising and it's very sad. He's a big fixture in the Portland and L.A. comedy community.

You want to check out his stuff. He's hilarious. Yeah. And I don't like are with us, sadly.

It seems like there's been an L.A. comedian who's committed suicide like once a year since I've been out here. And I can't imagine any other job where, I mean, I'm sure

there are plenty of other jobs where... Soldier, soldier. Yeah, yeah. It's just mental illness

runs so rampant among comedians. Not us, though. No, yeah. And also, I think this is speculative,

but a lot of times people I know, at least two of the people I know, is, uh, seems to be related to drug and alcohol binges. But that's not important. Um, no, it is.

It is important. And, uh, yeah, it's very sad. And we're all in quarantine. So there's a

limited amount of shit you can do for this. Yeah. But, uh, yeah, if please reach out to people you know if you are having any sort of self-harm thoughts, especially since we're also isolated.
