when I was feeling stretched a little thin. You know, that feeling when your calendar looks more like a

game of Tetris than a schedule. That was me. In the middle of all of that, I had gotten an

email from someone at work asking if I was willing to jump

into a last-minute project. And it's the kind of project that would have normally lit me up,

but instead I just felt heavy. Old Me would have said yes in two seconds flat. I'd be

flattered, grateful to be thought of. But that day, I paused, took a deep breath, and replied with something simple.
