It is 36.

That's the percentage of respondents in a CBS poll who say Trump will be a poor president.

Just 34% of Americans believe Trump will be a good or very good president.

So we're talking about roughly half the level of enthusiasm that people had about

Barack Obama in December of 2008. Charlie, what impact does something like this

does this level of unpopularity have on Donald Trump as he enters office?

Well, I think at one level it has no impact at all, because why should he care about what the polling

says when much of it...

And much of it turned out to be wrong also and turned out to be off the mark.
