Okay, Luke chapter 14, no good excuses, why will you say no to God. I'm going to talk a little bit about

0:23.1

excuses. Now you know what excuses are. Those are what we come up with when we really don't want

0:30.0

to do something. An excuse is a reason that shows up after you've decided to not do something.

a little bit. You know, the business model for gyms is built on this simple fact. Most of the

1:23.8

people that sign up are never going to come back again. 67% of people that join gyms never use the gym.

1:41.1

with our first parents, Adam and Eve.

1:43.6

God had created Adam and Eve and put them in

an absolute paradise. They were just to enjoy what the Lord created and walk in fellowship with him.

1:52.2

And the coolest thing of all, as the sun was setting, the Lord would show up each and every day

walking through the garden in the cool of the day.
