| 1:01.5 | And all you need to do is look at the world around you and know that like people change |
| 1:07.4 | dramatically, societies change, all of that changes, the brain changes. |
| 1:12.4 | There's this whole trendy, sexy field of neuroplasticity about how the brain does all that. |

| 1:21.5 | Where people get into trouble is when change has occurred, they conclude, thus I chose to change. |
| 1:30.9 | And that's where you are predicating your whole stance and the notion that we are captains of our ships and there's free will and all of that. |

| 1:41.2 | When we change, it is because we have been changed by a certain circumstance. |
| 1:48.2 | And why have we been changed in the particular way that we have? Because all those prior |
