Now, I already know that those who are defensive are going to get a little bit pissed off at what I'm about to say.

one of the things that really makes me sad and somewhat disappointed is when I see people on a path of change and they

have it together and their path and their journey is interrupted not by, you know, something like

a death in a family or a loss of a job or something that's super, super traumatic and life

changing. But when it's interrupted by

nothing other than them, making excuses not to continue to be consistent. Listen, when I go to the

gym at this point, especially when I'm in prep, it is a job for me.

I'm not saying that it needs to be like that for you, but it is a job for me.

I sit in my car before I go into the gym and I'm like, all right, after lock in, I give

My routine actually is to play a song as I'm on my way to the gym that motivates and inspires me.
