It started with an old cabbage. I was going to chuck it out, but my knee's resolution is being more resourceful.

So, I searched reducing food waste on Tik-Tock and found loads of videos on there. A Kimchi recipe really caught my eye. I gave some

to my neighbours and they loved it. And here I am. My first day at the local farmers

market with my new side hustle.

So, y'all, we are almost done with the first month of 2024. Like how? This month was so quick. The first few months always feel super fast for me because January just flies, and February is usually a shorter month and

also my birthday he-he-he-he maybe that's why I feel like it goes by so facts I feel like I have

zero time to plan anything I am the type of girl that likes to have a birthday

celebration not the type of like oh it's okay you can ignore me or forget about me.

Now this is my chance to like celebrate me. I'm a big birthday girl. So for
