We're in a series of messages that we've called Morning, Noon, and Night.

And we're talking about the rhythms of a healthy soul.

If you're just joining in now, we're talking about our days.

We're talking about what it takes to stay at a place where we're healthy on the inside and how to figure

out a rhythm that's sustainable that's going to take us to where we want to be down the road.

I've titled this weekend's message, no days off.

No days off.

And we're going to be in Genesis chapter 2.

It says this.

It says, thus the heavens and the earth and all the host of them were finished.

If you read the book of Genesis, it begins with in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and then it goes on and for the next six days tells what he did each day

But then it says thus the heavens and the earth were finished

All the host of them were finished. It was done. It was donezo. And on the seventh day,

God ended his work, which he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which

he had done.

Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it because in it he rested from all his work

which God had created and made. Father speak to us something fresh, something new, something special from these

words as we consider what you have put in place that will help us to stay at our best on the inside.

And we pray this in Jesus' name, amen.
