Okay, well, the reason I faked an Australian accent

is because the topic of today's show that Matt

Del Fiaco and I are going to be talking about is no chill the no chill method.

Yeah no chill brewing I'm actually I'm really excited to talk about this. It's one of the more novel methods out there that has gained you know quite a following.

So I've heard it referred to as no chill brewing which is difficult for me because it's not really a brewing method, it's a wirt chilling method.

Yeah, no chill brewing is specifically around how you chill the wort after you finish your boil and you know has has some pretty

strong roots in a couple couple different areas yeah and and there's a there's a

long history we're going to get into later about how no chill brewing was developed.
