writing for baseball for about 40 years we've got him on this day that we've had a huge trade deadline

uh the hallfin baseball writer also was writing for the Phillies when i was you know just coming up as a

Before we get into the trade deadline, a sad day because we lost a legend on Tuesday, legendary Dodgers broadcaster, Vince Scully passed away at the age of 94.

The best storyteller I know, Scully brought life to those Dodgers broadcasts for 67 seasons from

1950 to 2016. Jason, your thoughts on the legend. Well, I've had a lot of thoughts on this, Taz,

because Vin, legend doesn't even begin to describe Vin Scully.

You know, a few years back when I was still working at ESPN, I did in oral history on VIN.

It was one of my favorite pieces that I've ever worked on.

I talked to 27 different people who knew them,

and the stories were spellbinding.

They were amazing.
