Nancy Lee DeMoss is about to explain the great rewards of honesty.

It's an important part of experiencing personal revival, which we're studying in the series Seeking Him.

Do you remember in the old days, they don't do this very much anymore, but how we used to sign letters

sincerely or sincerely yours. That word sincere is an important word in the process of revival,

and it appears in the New Testament in some significant passages. One of those is 1 Timothy

1, 1, verse 5, where the apostle Paul says, the aim of our teaching, the aim of

our command, the aim of what we've been teaching you, is love.

We want you to love God and to love each other and to love others.

And that love comes springing forth. It issues from a pure heart and a good conscience

and a sincere faith. Now, those three elements, a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith

are things we're going to talk a lot about in this first several weeks of the
