This is Jeff, and I'm here to introduce this episode.

So we're going to go way back to 2011.

Boy, more than 10 years ago.

And Mastalgia, episode 117.

And this is the episode that I kind of remember trying to trace some of the locations that Walt Disney worked in, lived in, spent time in back in old L.A. and Hollywood when he first, of course,

first arrived to begin his studio in the business, the Walt Disney Company. And of course,

this comes to mind because we just began the Disney 100 celebration at Disneyland a couple

weeks ago. You know, we're celebrating the 100th anniversary of that time, 1923, when Walt Disney came to

California and Hollywood to, you know, set up shop and began what became a world-changing

entertainment empire, right? So, you know, I don't, I haven't, I'm going to be honest with you,

I haven't listened back to this show I

remember recording it and I remember traveling through Hollywood so I'm choosing it

because it you know reflects the the current fascination with the hundredth

anniversary of the Walt Disney company but I mostly could be remembering you know
