your background and how you got your start?

Sure.

Yeah, so my background is in corporate law, I've probably spent about a year, so strictly

doing corporate law and then transitioned into entertainment.

So I specialized in entertainment and have sort of continued on that path, but I was at

a big firm and then a smaller firm and I've been in house and I've had my own practice

for several years now, which is my happy place.

And I also litigated for a few years, litigated a few high profile cases.
