The 27th and 40th pick, to me, once you get down that way, mostly the same caliber player,

especially with NIL now on a wreaking havoc.

Can you just explain before we get into who, what NIL has done for teams in this range where the Celtics

have found themselves for a while, what kind of challenges it's kind of presenting for them?

It's been fascinating, you know, being in the draft space and evaluating prospects. I've been at this for, you know, about the last 15 years now and really seeing it become what it has now with NIL, you hit the nail on the head with how complicated this has become, right? You would have in normal drafts, you know, even if up to a few years ago, you'd have a lot of talent in that 25 to 40 range of,

you know, maybe some freshmen who didn't quite break out the way that you expected them to, but they still wanted to test the waters, here's some feedback, get a promise from a team, stay in the draft, work out some kind of guaranteed contract if they were a second round guy, signed a nice four-year deal cheap, makes everybody happy. you're not going to see as many of those guys available this year because it literally makes no financial sense for any of these
