Tesla is a name we see everywhere these days. Cars, companies, heck, I even know of three pets

that have that name these days. Nikola Tesla has become a darling of Silicon Valley, where his

spirit of invention is celebrated daily. That resurgence is largely due to all of his

contribution. So there's alternating

current for sure, but he also had contributions to radio, radar, x-rays, wireless technology,

which I found crazy, even robotics. And yes, the webcomic, the oatmeal had a huge hand in the

popularization with that fateful webcomic

and fundraising campaign for the Tesla Museum. But Tesla, the man, died penniless and was quickly

erased as one of the smartest and most famous people of his time. And while we focus on the

inventions, we often don't talk about Tesla the man. Have you noticed this

strange resurgence over the past 10 years? Because Tesla is not a name we heard much about before,

let's say, like, 2000. Yeah, no, it seems like, yeah, I mean, I don't know, this is something that we can

blame Elon Musk for or before, like, it's like name recognition all of a sudden. But certainly, yes, he seems to have
