Let's start with a short recap of the week.

First, it was the Lakers game First Blood, death, taxes and the nuggets conceding 40 points in the first quarter.

The Lakers came to Denver without six of their guys, including LeBron, James and Luca Donchitz,

and their centers were Alex Lenn and Christian Coloco.

But that didn't stop the Nuggets' defense from still finding a way to get scored on time after time.

The second quarter was a bit better.

The third one was a wash, but then in the fourth quarter, it started like a nightmare,

with the nuggets missing their first seven field goals.

They stabilized when Joker returned to the court and got the lead back,

but then they had two consecutive turnovers while giving corner trees away.

The Lakers had a three-point lead with 52 seconds to go,

but then Nicola forced a 2 plus 1.
