0:46.1	self love and self acceptance and you know growth and learning. We well you and I touched on this right with personality traits but something I feel like I don't hear a lot about is self-expression right and the importance of self-expression in our lives and how much it makes
1:09.7	our life better and more fulfilling when we actually take time to bring in things that help
1:16.7	us self-express. 100%. And I feel like you just be me but I feel like we always think self-expressions are natural talent so what we're so great at, but I actually disagree. I feel like
1:35.2	sometimes self-expression doesn't mean something you have to be so good at. It's just kind of
1:40.0	showcasing whatever you're feeling. Well, self-expression, what it is is you do, and it's not even
1:48.8	doing something, but it's allowing you to get to know yourself but also to process our emotions.
