post-Covid contractual obligations. It is unoccupied like a city and a zombie film and we are thrilled to be here with you

And we picked a good one for tonight. Normally we're in here one night a week lately in the Howard Stern Tower

But it's fun to come here when there's no one else and we can run around and jump on all the desks.

But tonight we have a jam-packed show. I'm very pleased to tell you that we're going to be talking with Marilla Seja Roscoe, the co-director of Minnesota's Freedom Fund, about a topic that's beginning to get a lot of play in the news, the fight to end cash bail. And who's for it? Who's against it, and whether bail actually keeps anyone safe, or if it's just a racket on the local level.

We'll also be talking with Dr. Nolan Higdon, who's returning to to the show to discuss his new book, The Media

and Me, A Guide to Critical Media Literacy for young people. Now I was very excited to get Dr.

Higdon back on the show.
