Hello and welcome to another episode of iWay with Jimmy Digimilk. I hope you're well.

I'm fine. I uh, I danced live on Instagram live. So that's terrifying. I hate being on Instagram

0:10.8

live. I hate doing anything live because I don't trust my brain to not absolutely destroy my life.

0:15.8

Um, but also I hate dancing in public because I'm very ineligant. I'm a bit like a sort of drunk

0:21.5

walrus or um also a drunk sloth. Maybe the love child of a drunk walrus um sloth. Or uh,

0:29.3

if you live in America and that you see those inflatable men outside car sales uh, that's what I

0:34.0

look like when I'm dancing to any kind of fast music and it's sad. But as it is mental health

0:39.9

awareness month, I want to do something practical and helpful for my community considering all we

1:12.4

I'll buy myself a little ice cream at the bottom to get me up that hill. Just everything as the

1:17.0

antithesis of what I associate with exercise because I had an eating sort of such a long time,

1:21.9

I naturally associated eating disorders and exercise. I associated exercise only with weight loss

1:27.6

only with vanity because that's what's happened in the world. That's what we look at exercise as.

1:31.2

A means to an end of thinness and societal acceptance. And that's so fucking frustrating because all

1:38.2

of us deserve to exercise. All of us need to exercise for our mental health, for our heart health,

1:41.7

for whatever reasons. We need it. It's a basic function. We're not supposed to be this sedentary. This is,

1:47.4

you know, cars and trains and planes and technology that and you know, just a desk work and sitting

1:56.0

inside in a pandemic all the time. This isn't how we're supposed to necessarily be. We're definitely
