| 0:09.1 | Thanks for being here. |
| 0:10.3 | Thanks for having me back. We're going to get to Battery Day, where we're going to start with some earnings and no better place to start than Nike. |
| 0:21.0 | shares of Nike up 12% and hitting an all-time high after Nike issued |
| 0:26.9 | a first quarter report that was highlighted by, what else, amazing digital sales, although I should say their profits did come in much higher |
| 0:36.2 | than expected too. Yeah Nike had profits of 96 cents per share versus the 47 that was expected so they definitely beat on both the |
| 0:45.6 | top and the bottom lines and depending on how you read this earnings report and the |
| 0:49.9 | story that you're telling you can paint two very different pictures for Nike here. |

| 1:30.8 | doubling in certain regions of the world. |
| 1:33.0 | So this is really a testament not only to renew demand for Nike's products, but it's a good first step in a changing distribution strategy. We also saw that show up in in their inventory and the way they're |
| 1:46.7 | managing their inventory. It was a little bit of a challenge last quarter. They |
| 1:51.0 | brought some of that down this quarter so nice to see that |
