So we are so happy that you are joining us this evening as we discuss what it might be like to be a night worker.

Before we get started into that topic, we have a couple of announcements we want to make.

And then we're also going to do them a couple of other times during the course of the hour, just so you'll know.

We've recently gotten a lot of emails from folks who are asking us questions about topics that we've done shows on.

And so Samantha has done some research and realized that iTunes has changed its format.

You want to address that, Samantha?

Sure, sure.

So we've gotten a lot of questions to do shows that we've already covered, you know, two or three years ago.

And I noticed that iTunes changed the way they set up the show when you download it where it doesn't show all the archives.

So we thought it would just be good to point out that we do have over three years of archive shows.

So when you do download us, hopefully on iTunes, just make sure to go through our download.

It's like us and want to.

And we thought it might be important for all of you new listeners to introduce ourselves until you a little bit about us,

because all of these questions we've been getting recently have made me realize a lot of you are just tuning into us.
