Now, if you've ever seen the movie, The Usual Suspects, you have seen beautiful downtown San Pedro and actually. Now, if you've ever seen the movie, the usual suspects, you have seen

beautiful downtown San Pedro and it's a police station because that's where Kevin Spacey gets

interrogated. Okay, and we're here now. And there are seagulls. It is very quaint, actually. And

this is where a lot of the big cruise ships go out of Southern California. Somebody's leaving out of L.A., yeah, this is the only reason I've ever come down here besides today is to see somebody off on a cruise ship. Okay, and our guest tonight, Kathy Ladman, who is such a fantastic comedian and has been on the show a couple of other times. Right. She's actually one shotgun storyworthy. That's right. The celebrity Edition, I believe. She's also been on The Tonight Show, but, you know, really winning Shotgun StoryWith is high, far, and above any of those at concerts. She was on the Tonight Show nine times. Yeah. That's amazing. With Johnny Carson. That's just the Tonight Show. Okay, so she brings forth the topic, Nightmare gig on a cruise ship.

Yes.

Which I think is a topic that a lot of comedians could have, but I'm guessing hers is especially good.

Because usually it's just, I think, what I've heard, you know, is basically it's a confined audience.

Or not a confined audience.

It's a constricted

there's only so many people and you're doing your act over and over again and you only

have like 900 people to draw from I see what you're saying yeah it's like you're bound to

get some repeats sure I guess I don't know I never thought that would be the that would be

the downside I mean I was thinking more like know, the living quarters and the fact that, you know, you're in this small space. And so it becomes like this tiny little society. It's almost like summer camp all over again. Oh, shut up. You work with these employees and people are hooking up and I mean I would think and also you can't leave work

yeah I've got a whole thing where it's like what no matter what I'm doing I want to be able I need to get away from it
