And I think everybody can relate to this at some level is nightmare disorder.

Yes, we do actually have a disorder in the DSM for nightmares.

So let me give you some of the diagnostic criteria to actually meet the criteria to be formally diagnosed with nightmare disorder.

So nightmares, if you've had them a bad dream, they're scary.

And they feel like, they feel real. And dreams are something that we really don't understand.
