uh last 10 11 days um julie actually convinced me to take some time off uh which is a foreign land for me.

I'm somebody who's driven by work and my job and my career and just the love for what I do for a living.

So that's why I wasn't in an upload an episode last week because something that I continue to work on and I tell a lot of my patients, you know, it's much easier when you're in this position to tell people what to do.

work-life balance. And that is something that I perpetually work on. But it has been nice

And it's really about having mixed feelings.

Again, another ironic topic for someone who I've said a multiple of the podcasts in, you know,

cognitive behavioral treatment. We really de-emphasize feelings and focus primarily

on cognitions and thoughts and beliefs and schemas and behaviors.

But we cannot discount the totality of the human experience because all of us feel.
