But sometimes, as we've seen in cases like Dr. Harold Shipman and Jolly Jane Toppen. People abuse that power and use it to take lives.

Something I think is the ultimate betrayal of trust. The trust we all have when we put our lives in the

hands of a medical health professional. The case of Vicky Don Jackson is no different.

As a teenage girl in a small Texas town,

she worked tirelessly for many years

towards her dream of being a nurse.

And when she reached that dream, it was euphoric for her.

Her patients adored her for her kindness.

Her work colleagues admired her for her strong work ethic and dedication to her profession.

She was sweet, sensitive, the kind of person that kept a

smile on her face even in the toughest of times. But her Nightingale career came to a screeching halt when she was discovered to be a serial

killer, not of random strangers, but her own patience.
