I hope it'll do the same for me. I have always had very vivid

lucid dreams and nightmares to the point that I learned to forcefully wake myself up

from nightmares since I was a young child, but never had I ever experienced sleep paralysis, and I hope I won't experience another after this one.

I sleep with two pillows, and one night during the summer of 2023 I woke up at least my mind did but not my body I could only move one eye because one of my pillows had somehow moved to cover half of my face.

My hands were laying above my head and I had kicked my blanket off.

But very soon I realized that I couldn't move or look properly around, and I felt her.

I felt two hands holding down my arms and keeping them in place.
