of Notbeat. And this is one of four episodes of Notbeat that NBC rebroadcast in the spring of

1950. These episodes were meant to highlight Notbeat as a series and to introduce it to listeners

and allow the stores of other detective programs to also promote Notbeat as well as their

own show. To me it did not make any sense to play these episodes when we went through Not

because all of the episodes that were rebroadcast we had the original episodes in circulation

and they were fairly recent episodes. So with that little special extra commercial message,

I also didn't want to not play the rebroadcast either. And so what we have done is we played

the other rebroadcast when we were playing the other series promoted. So we played one of the

rebroadcast when we were doing Christopher London and another one when we were doing Dragonat

and another when we were doing Richard Diamond. We're playing this episode now because it was set

to be cross promotion for dangerous assignment. So let's go ahead and take a listen to this one.
