Just an incredible town hall with President Trump this week, particularly because so many Americans really need answers.

One answer is, and one to know what's going to happen. I mean, are we going back to work? Are we going to be reopening our small businesses? When will our kids go back to school?

These are all questions we need answered. And it's important that the president continue to speak directly to the American people. I thought he did a phenomenal job with Fox News with Brett bear and Matthew and Martha McCallum.

It was incredible how he was able to talk about the things that matter to us most, because it was talking directly to us, right? Americans were able to send in their questions via Skype, straight to Fox, Martha McCallum, Brett bear, asking those questions directly to the president and, you know, holding the administration accountable because look, we are all in this together.

That's pretty obvious. And what's happening in our country and this lockdown, which I call it a global economic lockdown, right? This is not just about us. It's all across the globe.

And how we're handling this is going to determine the next decade. How are we going to get out of this? And what's going to happen to our children? I talked about it last night as well right after the town hall with President Trump was going to be a big deal.

President Trump was with Congressman Matt Gates, as well as Lisa Booth, she's a contributor. So the one really put the focus on that, let the American people do what they do best, right?

Make those decisions for themselves and empower them to do the right thing. That's how you run this country. And that's what President Trump said. He believes in us. He believes in each one of us as individuals to have common sense and to do the right thing.

And so he said, you know, for those that are 60 and older, I mean, if you're concerned, you can stay at home because we don't want people to get sick. We don't want to see any more people die.

Adam, I would like you to play if you can right now the clip from Trump's Sunday town hall and Fox News if you had a chance.

And as President, what do you say to the people who are scared to go back to work on one side? And what do you say to the people who are really angry about these lingering closures? Well, I think you can satisfy both.

If you're scared, you're going to stay back a little bit and you're going to watch it. And I think anyone over 60 because we have pretty good, we have a pretty good roadmap right now.

If you're a buddy over 60, you could say 65, but let's make it 60. We have to protect those people and we have to watch it. And maybe they stay back longer. But no, I think you can really have it both ways.

I think a lot of people want to go back. They just want to go back. You see it every day. You see demonstrations all over the country. And those are meaningful demonstrations. Oh, that's big stuff.

But you also have some people that are very scared. Not probably everybody scared when you get right down to it. It's a terrible thing. A terrible thing that happened to our country.

Even from China, it should have been stopped. It could have been stopped on the spot. They chose not to do it or something happened either. There was incompetence or they didn't do it for some reason.

And we're going to have to find out what that reason was. But people are absolutely scared. But there are other people that are scared about being locked in a room and losing their job and not having any income. And you know, for the first time, these are workers.

And people that want to get back and work and make a living and they're afraid their job is not going to be there. And at a certain point, if you keep it going too long, that's going to happen. So I understand that very well.

Absolutely. And so do we and the reason we played that whole clip is so that you can hear directly from the president. He understands what's happening here.

He understands the frustration, the mounting frustration because according to sources that I've spoken to, they can see it in the White House. There's a concern he wants to ensure everyone safety doesn't want to see any more deaths.

But there's also over 30 million unemployment applications and a really uncertain future for a lot of people. So you can do both. There's a way to do this. And I believe in that.
