A 2019 case that allows the Department of Homeland Security to detain undocumented immigrants who have committed certain crimes for months or even years

without ever allowing them a bond hearing.

I mean they were arrested 14 years after being released, one for taking bus transfers.

To me, that isn't a parade of possible future horribles. Those are the horribles.
