conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk the deep in your

understanding of god's word and that heightens your awareness of his very real presence in your life. Well, first of all, I just want to say, I really missed being on live with you.

We've had a couple of guest cancellations for varying reasons, so we dropped in a couple of

my pre-recorded shows. And then I need you to know, I'm on a writing deadline right now,

I'm hoping, praying I can finish by the end of June. I'm not even halfway there yet, so I've got my work cut out for me.

So I've been taking Fridays off.

Chris Fabry stepped in a couple times, and I pre-recorded a few shows as well.

All of that to say, I've missed connecting with you on the live show, so it's really great to be back.

Well, obviously, you've been watching the We're once again grieving as a nation because of

another mass shooting in an elementary school. Lord, God, help us navigate such times. You know,

we're praying for the grieving families for another traumatized community. And we're praying that as

God's people, we don't shrivel back in fear that we rise up in faith.

You know, a couple of years ago, I'd said on the show, I think it's time for the church to start an underground prayer movement.

It just was so strong in me.

I just pictured all of these, you know, small groups of people gathering together for

focused, purposeful prayer.

I mean, serious purposeful focused, where each one of us would

be connected with a handful of other believers to agree with God and agree with His word for the

sake of what's happening on the earth. And I imagine, you know, what evil might be thwarted

because God's people decided to pray. And I know this situation that just happened again this last week is far more
