presence in your life. Well, believe it or not, the holidays are almost upon us. And I'm already

hearing folks lament over how they're going to tell their in-laws they're maybe not coming for

Christmas or that Thanksgiving will be over FaceTime. And holidays are wonderful. I love the

holidays, but I know they and themselves can be stressful.

Then you add the mix, COVID, variance, political differences, and how to manage it all.

So today we're going to talk a little bit about having tough conversations with those you love, you know, really maybe working through some expectations and not even just about the holidays but those what the holidays

bring up in us also in a little bit we'll talk about the art of apology you know there are

different ways to receive an apology and there's times when someone apologizes you kind of feel

worse you know or you feel missed or misunderstood so you feel like you know you want to you want to build

the bridge there but you feel somehow i I think you missed the point completely.

So we'll talk about the art of apology.
