| 0:55.0 | And so my goal as a coach to hundreds of women presently is that we understand that yes, we want to build businesses and we want careers that are thriving, but we want to do it in a space that is holistic in a way that is holistic in a way that honors every part of who we are and who we are becoming. |
| 1:17.0 | And I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to lead a community with such amazingly talented and brilliant women. |

It has been doing my heart well all week to hear the stories of women from different backgrounds and different ethnicities and whether they're single or married or have children or don't desire to have children or working in corporate America or full time entrepreneurship. |
| 1:53.0 | All of this has been the same. It has been the pursuit of purpose, but it has also been about opening up your heart to truly have the capacity to embrace and accept the purpose that has always been there. |
| 2:08.0 | Many times people come to me, they find me and they are looking for their purpose. |
| 2:14.0 | And one of the first things you will learn about me as a coach is I don't believe that any of us has to look for our purpose. |
| 2:22.0 | I believe that most of us refuse to embrace the purpose that has been under our nose the whole time. |
| 2:30.0 | And I always tell the ladies in purpose to platform that you're not here for my validation, the one that called you has already validated you. |
| 2:42.0 | So sometimes we get on calls and people ask me the same questions over and over again and I have to say, are you really looking for an answer or are you looking for my validation because you can validate yourself. |
| 3:02.0 | You can annoy yourself to do that. You can choose yourself to do that. You don't need me. |
| 3:10.0 | I am here to help guide you. Yes, through a framework and help you lay a really strong foundation that you can build on top of at any time. |
| 3:20.0 | But you don't need me day to day. |
| 3:23.0 | And I think honestly any coach that makes you dependent on them is the goal really for you to do the thing or is the goal for you to always meet them. |
| 3:38.0 | I'll tell you right now my goal is for you to go out and do the thing. |
| 3:43.0 | The thing that God has called you to do the thing that you have been purpose to do all along which you refuse to accept. |
| 3:50.0 | The thing that you were destined to do but you allow people to put you in a box and seal it. |
| 3:57.0 | And you know in your heart and your spirit you're called to do more and you're ready to bust out. |
| 4:03.0 | But you want to bust out and do it authentically and you want to do what feels right in your spirit. |
