And I'm Antonia Dodge. I one time ran into a post a long time ago from somebody. I think it was a One time

ago from somebody, I think it was a Reddit post or something,

that referenced an article that we had written

about the nicknames of the eight younging cognitive functions that we've chosen

that received a lot of hostility. There was a lot of fire in this person's belly

about our younging nicknames and I think it was just a frustration

that we're using nicknames to begin with and so I wrote a whole article on why we

use the eight younging cognitive functions nicknames that we do in part

because it makes it easier to grasp the system especially if you're new to it

and because nicknames are easy entrance points into something that's a little deeper,

but one of the things we wanted to talk about on this

podcast, because quite a few podcasts ago,

we realized that we'd never done a podcast on the car model and then one

thing that became clear to us later was we've never done a podcast on the

nicknames that we've chosen for the eight cognitive functions. It's like there's these sort of blind spots for us

that were like, hey, maybe we should just sort of establish

some of these things.

So now that we've just done a series on developing

the co-pilot process, and we mentioned all the nicknames of those

co-pilots, we thought we would talk a little bit about why we chose the names that

we did for the eight functions because this was not something we just slapped together.
