It is time for a much-anticipated edition of the Caps Talk podcast

as we sit down with Nicholas Baxter,

and he's such a quiet

guy, Jenks, like he's so reserved, but you can tell when you hit like a fun point, like enjoying

the championship, enjoying the time with the Nats, like as quiet and reserved he is, yeah,

I always get the sense like, my man knows how to get after it when the time calls. Yeah. He kind of has that quiet look behind his eyes, like, listen, I'll kill you if I have to. I'm the nicest guy in the world. But if we're going to play some hockey, you're going to get it. And he is, I love the fact that he learned lessons early on in his career about how to do things the right way that literally still stick with him today.

Yeah, he's just, he's the constant, like, good guy and very, it's interesting to hear him now as a

veteran be so introspective about what he's experienced personally and here with the caps.

Yeah, and learning how to build a winning culture. So enough of me and Jenks, let's get to our
