We are into the top five of the 50 greatest players of the last 50 years.

And this is the part of the list where I'll be honest.

I'm really glad that it is the last 50 years because Wilt and Russell and how they slot up against the

next two guys incredibly difficult for me.

And I know we're not doing Wilton Russell on this pod,

but the top three are not only the top three of the last 50 years,

in my opinion, they are the top three of all time.

But five and four, how they would compare and contrast to Wilton Russell, incredibly difficult

to evaluate, and so I'm glad we don't have to evaluate.

Also, number five is a player who I've watched in real time,

the entirety of his career. four is a player who I have very very few

memories of very few of his real apex and of honestly the majority of his playing career and I had to go back and

watch and research and thanks to the internet you can really go back and watch almost any

playoff game if you're willing to pay pay for it and any playoff game certainly

of the last 40 years and most of the last 50 years. But they're two very different players.

They are very similar in this.

Number five and four are both guys who have a handful of jewelry

as everyone does on the rest of this list.

They are both unique in that we had never quite had a player

dominate from day one, the way both of these guys did,
