Hi Jack Berry. Hi Grace, how are you? Well, I'm well, how are you? I'm good, thanks for trying to

stay cool. Thanks, yeah. I mean that's the heat of summer. Yeah, that's the mission statement

for everyone right now. It is a hot one. It is. It was like Palm Springs level hot the other day

here in Los Angeles. It was crazy. What do you do to combat the heat? Well, I just moved into a new

apartment. Congrats. Thank you. And it has an air conditioner, which is something I didn't have when

I was looking near the beach. Oh yeah, yeah. So you don't really have to think too much about it now.

Yeah. So when I when it's that hot, I can just crank the AC. Although I don't like to use the AC

because it's really, really loud. Yeah. Because you know, it's just like window units or whatever.

But so I don't use it most of the time because I live close enough to the beach where I get like

kind of a breeze, but I needed it this week. It was brutal. Yeah, it's really it's it's I

don't like being freezing cold, but I also don't like being this hot. Yeah, I never prefer to be hot,
