And man, have we had fun so far this week?

Today, we're going to do another non-stacking Benjamin show.

We are taking you to Camp Phi. And this is something you've

never heard before on stacking Benjamins. And it is my son, Nick, in the spotlight as we are

at Camp Five Midwest. And he and I gave a presentation about the things that he's done to achieve financial independence.

Now, he's not there yet.

So it's all about his journey.

Nick is 29 years old.

And you're going to hear about his real estate empire that he's built.

You'll hear the good things, the bad things.

I had the honor of interviewing him, which was fantastic.

Stephen Boyer, who creates Camp Fi, asked me if I'd speak.

I said, absolutely, I'll speak, but I also would like to bring my son with me this time

because I think these are his people, and he'd really enjoy Camp Fi.

And he said, really?
