Nick, born and raised in Nashville, TN. Rhiannon, born and raised in Watertown, TN. Nick was a standout athlete and musician in high school, and went to college on both a baseball and music scholarship.  

Rhiannon was the homecoming queen & head cheerleader, and played softball. Nick played 5 seasons of professional baseball, is a certified specialist in sports conditioning, and was quoted in the New York Times. 

In 2007, Nick & Rhiannon co-founded a hospitality management group with a few friends where they owned five restaurants and bars in downtown Nashville and Clarksville, TN,  and a marketing company catering to the hospitality industry.  

In 2013 they inked their contracts with USHEALTH Group, where since then, they formed Team Hiter - USHEALTH Advisors & operate two Satellite offices, have a team of 50+ agents, and have produced over $4M personally and $33M as a team winning a dozen national awards.
